Where We Deliver
Delivery must be to the credit card holders address unless prior arrangement has been made by TIDY TRANSPORTERS if so details can be given in the notes section of your order you can also request a delivery address here and we will notify you if there are any problems. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered we try our best to despatch all order for next day delivery but please allow 3-5 working days as once the item has left the building it is out of our control.
How we Deliver
Products are generally delivered either by Business Post or by UPS.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 2.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay nevertheless all goods will be delivered within 30 days. This includes delivery to the Scottish islands, Channel Islands or a European Country.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition, if you do not receive all your products please call or e-mail to confirm they have been dispatched. All damaged goods must be notified to TIDY TRANSPORTERS as soon as reasonably possible.
