VW T4 LONG WHEEL BASE Stainless steel sidebars made from marine spec 304 stainless.
Many other manufacurers of sidebars or sidesteps make them from a mild steel bar which is then covered in a decorative chrome, Corrosion will eat into these in months. the chroming process is very expensive so unless its hard layer upon layer of the stuff rust and corrosion will appear very quickly.
We learnt this the hard way, so set about making them in stainless, As we made more and more of them we manged to get the price of materials down and now make bars which wont rust or corrode cheaper than other sellers selling chromed bars!
Made from chunky 73mm stainless tube they look great and will continue to do so for years!
Fitting is very easy with NO DRILLING! With the brackets supplied you will have them on in under 20 minutes
